General Primary Care
We provide a full range of primary care services, such as annual wellness visits, preventative care, and acute care for illnesses. Care is provided by a fully licensed and board-certified physician and supporting staff.

Chronic Medical Care
Our chronic care model aims to address pre-existing or long term illnesses such as hypertension, high-cholesterol, arthritis, heart disease, diabetes, and kidney disease along with many others.
Our goal is to maintain wellness by keeping symptoms in remission, balancing treatments, and promoting quality of life.
Staff
Rekha Lall, MD
Physician - Internal Medicine
After her residency, Dr. Lall was an instructor of clinical medicine at St. Joseph's hospital with Northwestern University Medical School and the teaching attending physician for the Laboure Medical Clinic. She joined East Alabama Medical Center in 2002. She is married and the mother of two children.
Dr. Lall currently serves as a core faculty member for EAMC's Internal Medicine Residency program.
